Obituary for Tom Pudlinski

Tom (Pacino) Pudlinski, 60, of Manchester died suddenly April 15, 2017. He was born in Torrington in 1956. He is survived by his wife Betty who shared 33 years of love and happiness. Tom was also survived by his son Tony of Manchester, his brother’s John and his wife Peg, Bob and his wife Patricia of Torrington, his brother in law Bob Massaro of Grand Junction, CO and a niece and three nephews.

Tom has many passions including painting, photography, baseball and motorcycles. For many years, Tom put his soul into coaching and umpiring little league baseball and helping out in any way he could for benefits and charities.

His passion for motorcycles began at age 16. When it came to beginning a family, he hung the helmet up to focus on his priorities. As time passed, hardships endured, the time to continue that journey arrived. There was nothing more he loved than to take rides with his wife Betty and his son Tony. Short or long distances, as long as they were together, it didn’t matter.

He was a member of LRR, American Legion Riders, Manchester Board of Umpires and the Hartford Board of Umpires, which led to his favorite saying “Let’s kick some ass!”.

Calling Hours will be Saturday, April 29th from 10:30 am to 12:30 followed by a memorial service at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home, 219 W. Center St. Manchester, CT.

In lieu of flowers the family has a go fund me webpage at https://www.gofundme.com/tom-pudlinski-memorial-fund to help the family with funeral expenses.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the many friends that showed their love and support during this tragic time. For online condolences please visit www.tierneyfuneralhome.com.
